Mine is this: relational, yes of course within the paradigm of building Codd normal form databases this translates to data warehouses with implied relations through referential integrity that in some of the platforms you mentioned are not even enforced.

Check that up because it is true

What that means is: what is this tabular-like data meant to look like to suit your business?

Easy, Business Objects, where they fit in the Business Process (Unit of work(s)) and the descriptive content that describes those entities and UoW.

Sounds like Data Vault... more specifically, Data Vault 2.0.

Only DV2.0 recognizes that the Data Warehouse must reflect the Business Architecture (ala business processes and business objects) that directly leads to Data Governance because a true DV2.0 is simply an implementation of repeatable patterns.
