To be fair, horizon isn’t a new feature only a rebranding of what Snowflake already does, robust data governance. They have done the same with their ML functions and branded those as Snowflake Cortex. The other big innovation is the Native Apps framework, making it easy to build, deploy and share across the Snowflake global infrastructure and monetise it to boost. Don’t forget Snowflake’s streaming capabilities, we expect this to mature nicely through the year as well as a few more features heading our way before Summit in June
