Terraform or any other Infrastructure as Code approach is the way to go, like Ansible, Chef and so on, you can spin and tear down entire platforms on Snowflake by taking advantage of repeatable patterns, like DV
The other thing to note of DV, and since it seems you're basing your DV on what you find on the Internet, there is a difference between Ensemble DV and DV2.0. I think those on the EDV intentionally don't use the name Ensemble but you'll recognize it when you see it, I did a high level post on the differences... https://bit.ly/39o9qPX
