Cost per query is a BigQuery metric, not a Snowflake compute metric.

Storage on Snowflake is passed onto their customer, as compressed micro-partitions customers experience a reduced cost of storage when using Snowflake traditional tables.

Also, Snowflake is not a Data Warehouse, it is a Data Cloud.
